Developed by Telinekataja, the new MaxxProd service
concept will speed-up construction projects and save
money. The services will also enhance safety at work and
improve working conditions.
MaxxProd is short for Maximising Productivity. As the
name suggests, our intention is to enable our customers to
enhance productivity, speed-up projects and save money. The
MaxxProd services comprise dry-chain management during
construction, on-site lighting and heating services, and digital
services.

our customers and we wanted to create an offering which

Dry weather 365 days a year
Moisture damages cause direct and indirect costs that can
easily blow a hole in the construction budget, and may lead
to subsequent indoor climate problems, which are a burden
even in the scale of the national economy. The MaxxProd
dry-chain products, such as shelters for circular saws and
building elements, and the MaxxProd on-site lighting and
heating services help contractors to avoid unproductive work
and quality risks.
“Thanks to our MaxxProd concept, materials remain dry
during construction and various work phases can be carried
out faster. The MaxxProd services also improve safety at
work by preventing accidents. There is no similar productized
service concept on the market as we speak.” It is easy for
customers to select optimal products from the carefully
considered MaxxProd range. Telinekataja will install the entire
set on the site at the same time as the weather protection.
Future digital services, that is, the online approval, monitoring
and documentation of the scaffolding and weather protection
systems, will further enhance productivity by reducing the
amount of printed material on the site.

AT CONSTRUCTION SITES
– MaxxProd-palveluiden rakentaminen on luontevaa aloit-
taa vaikkapa miettimällä valaistuksen tarvetta. Sitten kannat-
taa pohtia työmaan materiaalien varastointia, erityisiä suo-
jattavia työskentelypisteitä sekä tarvetta lämmitettävyydelle.
Vastaavaa tuotteistettua palvelukokonaisuutta ei toistaiseksi
ole markkinoilla.
– MaxxProd-palvelut kehittyvät tulevaisuudessa asiak-
kaiden toiveita mukaillen. Tulevat digitaaliset palvelumme
vähentävät työmaalla pyöritettävän paperin määrää siirtäen
telineisiin ja sääsuojiin liittyvän seurannan, hyväksynnän ja
dokumentoinnin reaaliaikaiseksi ja verkossa tapahtuvaksi, lu-
paa Tammihovi.
